why not a ISR G2 with SRE-300 module? The SRE is the AIM evolution for router applications, including CUE.

Check out the BE 3000.  It's pretty slick and the cost is fairly reasonable.

You get call control, video, VM, auto attendant and two T1/E1 ports.

Why didnt you try cucm bussiness edition. You can use vmware if they have virtualised servers.
