[cisco-voip] modems on VG224

Anyone have a config for a VG224 that supports modems?  Our modem speed
degrades to an unuseable state over about10 minutes and nothing in any
debugs or packet captures shows annything wrong.

Only reason we even have modems is to support the Nortel Norstars we are
gradually replacing.
