Subject: [cisco-voip] Cisco Unified Call Manager ver. 7.1.5 Extension Mobility Question

Hello,

We have several users that use Extension Mobility. We are experiencing an issue with a few users, and it may be a device setting, etc. Not too sure. When they press "services" on their phone, they log into extension mobility okay. When they are done, the "logout" option is not there, so the user cannot log out of Extension Mobility.
Am I missing something on their device setup?

Thank you,
Alan
