Hello Experts,
I have setup UC(Not CUE) integration with CUCME (SCCP). I have SCCP and
SIP phones in my branch 2 router. When someone calls SCCP phones from BR1
or HQ site , phones send the caller after noanswer timeout to Voice mail,
callers hear user greeting and ask them to leave message after tone. Thats
working fine. But when I call my SIP phones (BR2) from BR1 or HQ and when
SIP user doesnt answer call goes to VM, but here the problem I am seeing,
when callers goes to voicemail , they are not hearing any greeting (dead
silence) and then I get busy tone. But when I call from BR2 phones to SIP
phones at BR2 site , I hear greeting and able to leave voicemail. Can
someone please point me what am I doing wrong?
Here is my topology below...
