[cisco-voip] Anyone using an ISR G2/PVDM-3 as H.323 to H.320 ISDN gateway for video conferencing?

We tried to get this to work back with a 2800 series router, but never
got it to work reliably and the reason that it didn't work was that
the TAC guy was telling me things that could only be fixed by Polycom,
or was due to something goofy at the remote side that wasn't in our
control.

Has anyone successfully deployed this configuration? Does it work?
_Really_ work? We had plenty of instances where a call
terminating/originating on the router H.323->H.320 failed, but the
same remote endpoint calling into our Codian 3241 _would_ work, so
that was a blocker.
