[cisco-voip] Report Issue

This was one of these "the data is so screwy, it MUST be wrong".
I run the report, THREE outside calls for the ENTIRE WEEK...gotta be
wrong.  So I try to run it every different way, same results...
So I call the requestor, and say "for that day you wanted me to look at,
the system is misbehaving so it will take me longer to get you the report.
It only shows ONE outbound call that day".  He says "no, that's right, just
tell me the phone number, thanks"!!!

So when you think it's wrong, sometimes it's right, it's just my
expectations were wrong, lol!!!
