[cisco-voip] line group depenancy util in CUCM v8?

No there is not.

As a hack to get dependency records for Line Groups, you can run the
following at the CLI (normal dependency record warnings apply: high CPU,
blah blah blah):

admin:run sql select l.name as linegroup, d.name as huntlist from routelist
as r left join linegroup as l on r.fklinegroup = l.pkid left join device as
d on r.fkdevice = d.pkid where l.name = "MyTestLineGroup"
linegroup       huntlist
=============== ==============
MyTestLineGroup MyTestHuntList
admin:
