hi guys,
 
on cucm 8.6 how can i manage the features below
 
- cucm admin wanna interrupt a call sesssion betwen 2 end users
- cucm admin wanna stop a call session between 2 end users 
-wakeup and reminder services
-monitoring transferred calls so that if they are succeded or not or holded ..
 
 
maybe the features not suppoerted on cucm as native.
do you suggest me to 3rd party which can support these features via xml .
