[cisco-voip] SRTP and TCL Interaction

It doesn't surprise me that it doesn't work, this is one of things where
two not-so-common features create a corner case when combined.

You're probably better off checking the forums at developer.cisco.com, as
you'll need to update the TCL script with some parameters most likely.
