[cisco-voip] ATA 187 and Srst

A 30-second glance at the compatibility docs seems to suggest 9.0 is the first version that supports ATA 187.

Please confirm does the ATA 187 fallback to SRST regardless of the CME version.
I'm trying to verify if I'm doing something wrong, I only seem to get this working when the CME version 9.0 and above from IOS 15.2.2
