What does the TDR on the switchport say?

Something like:
Test cable-diagnostics tdr g1/0/1

PS hard setting is evil.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CM 8.6.2 running on 7835-I3 speed 10mb?

Anyone had issues with a CM coming up with a 10mb connection? It's connected to a 3750E and it will not doing anything better than 100mb if we hard set both sides. Auto should run gig but it wont come up.

Any ideas?

TIA

Scott
