[cisco-voip] Stuck in ICM 8.0 implement on 2003 sp2

Iam in mid of ICM 8.0 implementation on lab setup.i had made sure  the
prerequisites (SNMP & WMI provider) on 2003 Prior starting the install
.However two to- 3  attemps of my install resulting to failure with
installer getting stuck with  "dotnetfx35.exe" & no progress . After span
of 20 min of approx wait time i will have forcibaliy kill the process .

Not sure what is causing the issue,as this file is pertaning to .net once i
attempted to install .Net saparately from windows CD but no luck , i am in
need of some expert advice . *Please share your thoughts asap.*

-Verify Apache Tomcat 6.0
-verify IIS admin service
-WWW publishing service
-Verify TLS (under Inter options in internet explorer.)
-Enabled Activex (as par cisco post instal checklist)
