[cisco-voip] hw failure CM 8.6.2

I got a RTMT message over the weekend:

 At Sat Nov 24 03:00:57 PST 2012 on node , the following HardwareFailure
events generated:

What is this all about?  we just upgraded to 8.6.2.  is this cosmetic or
more of a problem?  do I need to open a TAC case?
