then it will work!

So I picked the second file (not PAWS) and in the CMPlatform > Software Upgrades for 8.6.4 I get a upgrade failure when it fetches the file;

Bootable_UCSInstall_CUP_9.0.1.10000-21.sgn.iso  Name does not match any filter pattern.

Is this upgrade require booting from the DVD and if so where is that documented?  I don’t see that requirement in the steps below.

I’m not clear on the difference between these two ISO files from a PUT order for upgrading Presence.  What is Cottus other than Hecatonchires of Greek mythology?

Which one would I use to upgrade CUPS 8.6 to Cisco IM and Presence Server 9.0(1)
