[cisco-voip] Weird Issue with voice on 2600xm

(config-sip-ua)#retry register ?
  <1-10>  Number of retries (1-10)

UGH! I doubt 10 retries is enough, I'm surprised that this hasnt come
up before seems like a fundamentally broken logic
