[cisco-voip] Unity Connection Upgrade

I am attempting to upgrade a Unity Connection 8.6(2) server to the latest SU and every time I run the upgrade I get the following error:

The machine could not sync the inactive version to the active version. Please verify the inactive version was properly installed and try again.


Is there a way around this that doesn't involve rebuilding both the Primary and HA servers?
