[cisco-voip] Fax receiving issue

Although a bit late, I wanted to post the resolution.
It was simple, but not sure why we had to make this change. Shortly after posting about the initial problem, all of our fax numbers stopped working (multiple PRIs from multiple sites) Voice continued to work fine.
The fix was to uncheck "media termination required" on the Trunk. The trunk was setup in 2009 and had not been touched since then. I am not sure why this suddenly became a problem, but suspect it may have had something to do with a Windows update on the Esker Fax server.
Thanks to those that offered help both on-list and off-list.
Bob

The entire Setup is missing, which is where the bearer cap that they are sending you would be displayed.

Your debug doesn't seem to indicate an inbound DNIS from your carrier. Can you get the carrier to trap the call on their end and tell you what they are sending you?

CUCM=6.1.2.1
Router is 2851 with IOS c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-24.T4
We have several DID numbers on a PRI that point to our Esker Fax software via CUCM (Trunk). This has all been working fine for a very long time.
Today, or sometime over the weekend, something changed (not on our end) and now any sending faxes get a fast busy when calling any of our fax DID numbers.
ISDN q931 debug shows =

*Oct 9 18:33:34.067: ISDN Se0/1/0:23 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0x8001
Since the call never connects, there are no fax relay t30 debugs to show.
The PRI provider wants to know what we changed, and we changed nothing. Something on their end must have been changed, but I do now know what direction to send them in.
I appreciate any input
Bob
