Here’s a dumb question…since those servers can subscribe to a multicast, can they also do a packet capture? If so, why not go that route?

Subject: [cisco-voip] vs PRI and multicasting

Hi all

I need an advice about PRI interface and multicasting.
Is there a way to setup a router with PRI and DSP modules, so the it will multicast all traffic received from the PRI to two central log servers.
It for emergency call that has to be logged and I need to log on to servers at the same time.
These servers are able to connect to multicast streams.
