[cisco-voip] Jabber client and Windows 7 Sleep/Hibernate?

It appears that the phone service (icon in lower right corner) does not recover from a change in network state, or possibly when machine goes to sleep.  Device does not recover phone functionality after these changes.  Anyone else seen this with latest Jabber for Windows client?
