[cisco-voip] UCCX emails through Postfix Mail Relay

Hi All, 

We have a customer who uses UCCX 7 with Postfix Mail Relay to send emails from script,  but this has stop working since the Postfix Server IP address was change. On the UCCX platform the new Server IP address was updated but still emails are not send from the scripts. 

I have no experience with Postfix Mail Relay, any help will be appreciated if any of you out there have ever come across a similair implimentation.
