[cisco-voip] CXN 9.0 BAT in Update MWIExtension ?

I need to adjust my users MWI number from 4 digits in Unity Connection 9x to E.164

I thought I could BAT in the MWIExtension as +14045551212, etc.

However it fails with;

"The extension or phone number violated a restriction in the Restriction Table.|",dindyh,+14042206643
