[cisco-voip] Cube sip overlap dialing support status ....

This is called overlap sending in Cisco world and should be supported as
far as I know.  As well, overlapping dial plans are supported and shouldn't
cause problems in standard CUBE scenarios, minus some potential for call
looping if not properly configured.  I would use 'huntstop' on the last
possible dial peer for any given situation to make sure it doesn't hunt
down the wrong path potentially.
