[cisco-voip] CXN 8.6.2 LDAP Integrated gives Import error

I’ve only been able to play phone tag with the Cisco TAC SE. ☹

Still broken….but manual create new user, then check the radio box for “Integrate with LDAP Directory” works fine…..just a pain…

I select Import user, find my user in LDAP, and get the following Error file;

Friday, September 14, 2012 11:08:37 AM MDT ERROR importing user (jaarons) with extension = 4613 : The specified column value is invalid.


What is the specified column value that is error?  8.6.2.20000-76
