Dana, for me it seems it's just Ericsson to Ericsson with an IP tie line. If it's SIP of H.323 there's no need for a CUCM whatsoever in between.

Anas, can you share output from q931 debugs?
Are you sure that the numbers you are sending in towards the called PBX are in the right format for that PBX to accept?
Ex. You may be sending five digits to the PBX when the PBX expects four only, or vice versa.

Cheers,

Hi there,

Not so much information there but having a guess. Assuming you have Cisco IP phones calling Ericsson phones via Qsig integration? Or is it CUCM in the middle with MGCP gateways providing IP tie-lines for Ericsson PBXs?

What is the exact topology? Is the problem with calls from Cisco IP phones to Ericsson phones?
Or is the topology just Ericsson to Ericsson over IP with CUCM in the middle providing the call control?

If the problem for example is calls from Ericsson to Cisco IP phones, have you checked the inbound CSS on the MGCP gateway?

If the problem is the other direction, perhaps you need to configure overlap send/ receive? Are the numbers in the correct format? What about type/ plan?

Cheers
Dana
