Jason,

What version of the locale files do the phones say they have?

They will ask for the files when the bootup from the TFTP sever, debug tftp events is helpful here.

Get the locale files from a callmanager or CCO and put them on there and alias them in a way that allows the phone to actually get them.

Is under Preferences not under Directories button
Normally with Edit Dial the cursor opens on far right, with SCCP 6945 it's far left, can that be changed back to left, they have to hit More than left arrow to insert a 9 (I don't think CME has Globalization/Localization)


Join oddity
Have two calls on line
Place one call on manual hold
Press Conference Button
Al calls are joined


Local Directory backwards (am I doing something wrong in CME?)
Frist Name = Searches for Last Name
Last Name = Searches for First Name
