Yes, customer wants to see the extension with the alerting name when Jabber is active. That is how any 7965 phone would show a incoming call.

What version of the client are you running ?

I just tested and when jabber is active it just shows the name with answer / ignore button, when in another app or home screen it displays the incoming call from extension across top of screen then if I miss the call it says missed call from person (alerting name).
