[cisco-voip] local route group question

I snipped it short of the gateway but it also shows the gateway.  My
earlier issue was due to a misconfiguration, which is why DNA was wrong.
Calls routed but not to the expected RL/GW.  I resolved the configuration
issue and now it looks to be working.
