Erick,

This is still located under HKLM, what is the full location you are seeing?

I see it under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Arc Solutions\Call Connect\Operator\Defaults

Kind Regards

Windows 64 bit and CUEAC 9.0...

The Driect Transfers value is located in hkey_users.

This poses a huge problem with making sure blind transfers work uniformly no matter which user is logged in.

Is there some way to get these values in hkey_local_machine so we don't have to touch the registry every time a new user logs in to the PC for reception duty?
