[cisco-voip] licensing issues on CUE - any ideas? thoughts?

So I got two CUE modules. The invoice had the license counts assigned to each module so we went by this for the install. Turns out, they had their license counts inverted, module 1 had module 2 license counts, and vice versa.

I opened a ticket with licensing to get the correct counts and got some files. Incorrect files. So I had to ask for them again. I specifically mentioned that the license files need to replace the license files on their so the new license counts take effect, on one, less ports, on the other, more ports. They requeued the case to the TAC so they would help me.

The TAC promised that loading the file would work. It did not. They requeued to licensing, asking them to issue correct license. Licensing said they have already done that. Now, they've requeued to SWIFT.

Is there any way to get this case handled properly until it's resolved? Is there now way to have a case assigned to multiple teams rather than having to requeue?

I'm seriously thinking of opening a second case just for the installation to avoid requeueing back and forth.

Cisco folk - any ideas?
