[cisco-voip] COP file reinstall after upgrade

We're planning to upgrade CUCM from 9.1(1) to 9.1(2). We have cop files installed for locales and Jabber Android/iPhone. Do these need to be reinstalled after upgrading? I've reinstalled cop files in the past, but it's a bit of a hassle.
