You aren't trying to update the subscriber are you?

How do you want to update the greetings? With a pre-recorded wav file? Or through the phone?

Hi All,

I am trying to update the config but all the options etc are greyed out. I have checked the licenses are not in violation. Any idea whats the issue.

Also anyone has a manual etc. for updating/recording greetings for the holiday period.
