[cisco-voip] Loud Ringer

We are using the Algo 8180 in some machine shop areas where the room is too big and loud too here a phone.  Works great.

The Algo works really well and since it's a SIP device there is no need to use an ATA as it registers directly to the UCM. It also a POE device which helps with a clean installation. I believe there is also an optional way to attach a secondary Horn if for some reason you needed an even louder device, however the Algo device by itself is plenty loud enough for most cases.
