[cisco-voip] Difficulties Upgrading CUPS 9.0.1 to 9.1.1

We have CUCM 9.1.1 and we are trying to get CUPS (newly renamed to Cisco
Unified IM and Presence) to talk to it. Our install disk was for 9.0.1:


System version: 9.0.1.10000-21

And we downloaded 9.1.1-10000-8 and tried to apply it and get the following
error:


Option Names Status  UCSInstall_CUP_9.1.1.10000-8.sgn.iso
 The version obtained from the name does not match the active or inactive
version of the publisher.


How do we upgrade the IMandP server to 9.1.1?
