[cisco-voip] wrap up time..

Hi folks,
Is it possible to avoid a longer wrapup timer without changing agent team
settings. My agent is taking inbound as well as outbound calls.and due to
the longer wrap up timer, he is forced to wait until wrap up time expires
in order to make any manual outbound calls, even to his manager.
