Can you remove and re-add the NTP server from OSAdmin to try and give it a kick?

Subject: [cisco-voip] NTP sync problem
Our cucm cluster suddenly stopped syncing with our internal NTP servers recently for no apparent reason.
Our version is: 8.6.2.22900-9
I have been informed no work was carried out on the servers running the NTP service. Has anyone else come across a similar issue?
James
