Yes that's correct,

I have sync'd the cluster to a switch internally which has resolved the problem.

Was your old NTP server a windows based one?
I had problems before with NTPv3 from a windows source.

Once changed to NTPv4 all works ok.

We resolved the problem by making a core switch on our network the ntp source and syncing cucm with it.

Our cucm cluster suddenly stopped syncing with our internal NTP servers recently for no apparent reason.

Our version is: 8.6.2.22900-9

I have been informed no work was carried out on the servers running the NTP service. Has anyone else come across a similar issue?
