[cisco-voip] OT: clause for local & long distance voice quality

just wondering if anyone has any comments with respect to the quality of service delivered by local and long distance service providers when requesting quotes, etc. 

i'd like to put something in to the effect of: 

"Services must be of "toll quality" regardless of the time of day or transport method selected by the service provider. Toll quality service is defined as a receiving an Mean Opinion Score (MOS) of 4.0 or greater. " 

thoughts?
