[cisco-voip] CUCM6 MCS to 8.6 UCS bridged upgrade Question

IIRC CSCtc59039 is the bug I was thinking of but it affected 8.5 and was fixed in 8.6.2.  Basically the licenses were removed from the file system but left in the database and root access was required to clean them up.

Quick one, which specific version is affected by this and does it give
any error when you try to delete the files or causes any other trouble
as well.....
