[cisco-voip] Reporting / Alerting on Device Mobility

Is there a way to see which phones are current roaming according to Device
Mobility ?   Second question, is there a way to have CM generate an alert
when a phone registers in a roaming location ?

I didnt see anything in RTMT or perform to cover device mobility.
