power points are great, but without the audio, it's not as good.

if a document is forthcoming, especially something supported that you can refer to, it's much better.

just my two cents.

Unfortunately while this session was so popular that it overflowed the room they were in, they did not record it. For those with a CiscoLive365 acct, the session is “ BRKUCC-2011 - Best Practices for Migrating Previous Versions of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) to CUCM 9.X “ You can at least view the powerpoint.

If you went to Cisco Live you may also have access to www.ciscolive365.com where you can view the videos and recordings. For those that don't you can also buy a virtual-only pass which is not as expensive.

I just finished working on a document with a couple other TMEs that is in the final stages of being published to Cisco.com. Once it is, I will send you a link. The doc team is giving it the final once over.

So I know Cisco did a full presentation at Live last year on this (including moving from physical to virtual), but they didn’t think to record it, so all I have is the powerpoint, which is sadly lacking in information. Has anyone seen a webex or similar presentation that actually goes through the process and mentions all the caveats?
