[cisco-voip] Jabber 9.1.1+ voicemails off by one hour due to DST-type bug?

Hello,
It seems as if Jabber 9.1.1 introduced a bug where voicemail would be off by an hour. We were playing with local system clock settings and decided it was related to DST, as non-DST time zones (eg Arizona) work fine. Jabber 9.1.0 was fine, 9.1.1 and 9.1.2 both have voicemail off by an hour.
We could not find anything in the Cisco bug tracker. Can anyone else confirm this issue? Is anyone aware of a workaround?

Thanks!
