[cisco-voip] error: Unprovisioned

Unprovisioned typically means the phone isn't configured in CUCM.

getting this unprovisioned error on the physcial phones i.e. 7942/75. 
this is after a fresh vm install of CM 8. 

i have checked the phone has got its firmware and list of CM's. 

in servicability i have checekd all the services

not sure what else is blocking these phones from coming up. tried it with CIPC and they are working fine. only the phy. phones.

the status mesg on the phones says,
"TFTP Error: ram/SEP.......cnf.xml"


any help please!
