Hi Matthew,

You can define error messages in the CUC Admin page to help you understand what the actual issue is that you are facing as I think 2 or 3 error codes return that generic message. You may need to open a TAC case to get to the bottom of it as TAC would have the ability to engage Nuance, the transcription service, to find root cause.

Anyone else using it? Thoughts?
We are testing it with a few users as a replacement for simulscribe and having mixed feelings.
I have gotten this error a few times:
The transcription request timed out

Looked it up and it doesn't appear that there are any solutions.
