There is a new feature that allow you to do confirmations instead of just the timers. Very handy.

I believe Cisco's default is 1500. That is usually enough to get around the instant voicemail pickup.
I set this one a little longer, 3000, just to be safe because the voicemail pickup wasn't instant in my case.
