Well if it's old school Unity with UM, they can just save the attachments from their email. If it's non UM, you as the admin can access from the integrated exchange store using OWA or other tools.
There may also be a tool at CiscoUnityTools.com, I'm not sure on that point, I always just dug into exchange.
If you are talking about actually getting said audio onto a CD in a format an plain old cd player can read then Audacity can covert the files.

I have a user that has a need to get some voicemails onto a CD....
I have Unity 8.0
I see some SMTP stuff, is that how I would do it?  If so, where do I assign usernames and passwords for the users?  Or am I completely wrong and there is a different (or no) way to do this?
