All endpoints, including the device doing the conferencing need to support the protocol used to share the presentation. This could be another video stream or something like BFCP, depending on the devices involved and their versions. Since your point to point calls work I'd look at your conference resource.

I am assuming presentation mode needs to be 'on' for this feature to work but does it have to be on for all endpoints or only the one doing the presenting?
