[cisco-voip] What's the best way to emulate "clid restrict" on a SIP trunk?

If anything I think it's confused me even more!

In CUCM 7.1.5, if I set Calling Party Transformation -> Calling Line
ID Presentation to "Restricted", I see the following at the CUBE:

INVITE sip:818005312265 at xx.xx.xx.xx:5060 SIP/2.0
Date: Fri, 07 Jun 2013 20:08:44 GMT
Allow: INVITE, OPTIONS, INFO, BYE, CANCEL, ACK, PRACK, UPDATE, REFER,
SUBSCRIBE, NOTIFY

CSeq: 101 INVITE

Max-Forwards: 70

Which is fine.

The problem is that I can't seem get the outbound leg to include the
same RPID and still have the "From" be anonymous. (The RPID is what
will show up in the billing report from the provider so that I can
perform the proper internal billback since this would be in a
centralized SIP scenario)

Is there an easy way to capture the entire RPID from the INVITE from
the CUCM and put it in the outgoing INVITE to the provider?
