[cisco-voip] VWIC2 and VWIC3 E1 PRI's on the same router?

You can install VWIC2's directly into the EHWIC slots on ISR G2s, no 
NM-HDs needed.  If you need to use PVDM2s on an ISR G2, you need a 
PVDM2-ADPTR for each one.  PVDM3s install directly onto the motherboard.
