The 7960s get their phone entirely from CUCM so there's nothing to update on the phone itself.
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-8814 is a good doc on this.
Make sure you get the latest olsen update (look for "Unified Communications Manager / Cisco Unity Connection Time Zone Updates" on cisco.com) and you should be set.

It is possible, that we hit the bug again at the end of this month? We had the issue before, that alle the ipphones 7960 changed Time one week to early.
We run CUCM 7.1.3a (7.1.3.20000-2) and the ipphones 7960 have the firmware SCCP P00308010100.
Has anybody an idea if we will hit the problem and how we could solve it (eg Update phone Firmware to ?)?
