[cisco-voip] CUPC with VXC 6215

Hi Jonathan,

Doesn't CUPC use the legacy LDAP server and Profile settings configured on the CUP server? Have you got this profile configured and applied to your users?

We have deployed Cisco Unified Personal Communicator on VDI using VXC 6215s.

When we search the directory, no results are shown and we get an error that Credentials are missing a required username.

The solution is to go to File - Options and add the username to Accounts, but there is no accounts tab under options...

How do we fix this?
